A 22-room boutique hotel needed an outdoor function space that could host weddings, dining, and events 12 months a year on an exposed coastal site.

The existing canvas marquee was failing in coastal winds, leaked, and required deconstruction between bookings. Lost event revenue exceeded $80k annually.
