ABOUT DESIGN SERIES HS10
Built around an 80 × 125mm rafter profile and 90 × 90mm posts on a 180 × 180mm base plate, the HS10 is a robust, low-profile system designed to integrate seamlessly with modern Australian homes.
An integrated rafter rubber seal and fabric tube spline rib provide layered water protection, while pressed aluminium hood sheets keep the fabric clean when the system is retracted. Optional aerofoil louvre fins add design detail and are required on systems with a projection over 5m.

The Design Series HS10 is part of Helioscreen’s All Seasons retractable roof range, engineered to provide premium sun and rain protection over outdoor living areas, balconies, courtyards and architectural alfrescos.
An 80 × 125mm rafter profile, 90 × 90mm posts and a 180 × 180mm base plate deliver a clean, structural silhouette. Pivoting post joints, motorised operation and integrated weather sealing combine European engineering with Australian manufacturing.
Configurable as a single, twin or triple field system, the HS10 adapts to most residential and commercial site requirements while maintaining a slim, refined profile.

Retracted system dimensions are calibrated at a 10° pitch, with minimum operating angles increasing from 4° at 2m projection to 10° at 4.5m projection.
Fabric options span the full Helioscreen palette — Translucent LAC650, Sunblock Plain, Grain, Herringbone, Mosaic and Canvas — in colours from New White, Champagne, Beige, Taupe, Silver and Grey through to Slate, Sage, Ocean Blue, Federation Green and Black.

The Design Series HS10 transforms patios, alfrescos and architectural courtyards into all-weather living rooms. A precision aluminium frame and tensioned fabric system deliver shade on hot days and reliable rain protection during summer storms.
Maximum standard post height is 2.8m, with custom steel posts available on application for elevated balconies or double-storey installations. Every system is custom-made to order for the perfect fit.
Choose from a wide palette of Helioscreen fabrics — translucent, Sunblock plain, grain, herringbone, mosaic and canvas weaves — in classic neutrals through to architectural greens, blues and blacks.
ENGINEERED DETAILING
European components, Australian-made
The rafter rubber seal is integrated into the edge of the rafter to stop water dripping over the side of the fabric, creating a soft, continuous barrier along each system.
When systems are installed side by side, the fabric tube spline rib pairs with the rafter seal to form a second water barrier between systems — folding in and out with the fabric for a clean, weather-tight finish.
Pressed, colour-matched aluminium hood sheets provide an attractive low-profile cover when retracted, keeping the fabric clean and protected from above between uses.
