THE BRIEF
A high-end Italian restaurant needed weather-protected outdoor dining to extend trading hours and grow capacity without major construction.
THE PROBLEM
Outdoor seating was lost during rain and peak summer sun. Lost covers translated to roughly $4,000 in weekly revenue across summer trading. Council restricted any permanent structure.
THE SOLUTION
Two 6m commercial-grade Markilux awnings with branded valances, integrated heat strips, and remote retraction. Engineered for daily use and wind-rated for the Chapel Street corridor.
