THE BRIEF
A second-storey balcony overlooking a busy street needed privacy and wind protection without losing the view or natural light.
THE PROBLEM
Strong westerly winds made the balcony unusable on most evenings. Direct sightlines from the street felt exposed. Curtains and roller blinds were ruled out for aesthetic and durability reasons.
THE SOLUTION
Three Helioscreen channel-guided zip-track screens in a 5% openness charcoal mesh. Motorised with discreet remote control, fully retracting into slim head boxes when not in use.

THE OUTCOME
