RESPONSIBILITIES
Install Vergola, louvred roof, and retractable pergola systems
Site measurement, structural fixing, and motor commissioning
Liaise with site managers, builders, and homeowners professionally
Maintain quality, safety, and finish to The Blind Spot Co standards
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience installing retractable roofs or louvred pergola systems
ABN, valid White Card, and own reliable vehicle & tools
Public liability insurance ($10M minimum)
EWP / scissor lift licence highly regarded
Sales Lead
Lead our sales function — owning the customer journey from enquiry to signed contract across our premium residential and commercial offer.

Manage and convert qualified leads from enquiry to install
Conduct in-home consultations and design recommendations
Build referral partnerships with architects, builders, and designers
Drive sales targets, pipeline reporting, and team performance
REQUIREMENTS
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills
Full driver's licence — site visits across metro Melbourne
